    We start with a phone call or a meeting to talk through what you are planning and what kind of support you need, from full planning to help on the day itself.

    A proposal built around you

    We put together a proposal covering the level of planning you need, an outline budget and how we would approach your day. There is no obligation to book after this conversation.

    Planning begins

    Once you have booked, we start building your supplier list, timeline and budget together, checking in as regularly as you would like along the way.

    The final weeks

    We confirm every detail with your suppliers, build a full running order and take care of the questions that tend to pile up in the last few weeks before the day.

    Your day

    We are on site early, briefing suppliers and managing the timeline so you and your families can simply be guests at your own event.

  6. 6

    After the day

    We handle the final supplier payments and loose ends so nothing is left for you to chase once the celebrations are over.
