About Example Garage & MOT Centre
Example Garage & MOT Centre has been servicing and repairing cars in and around Newton Abbot for over fifteen years. We are a small independent team who believe in explaining what your car needs rather than just handing over a bill.
The garage was started by two mechanics who had both spent years working for larger dealerships and wanted to run things differently. They set out to build a workshop where customers could ask questions and get straight answers, without being sold work they did not need.
Today the team includes four qualified technicians covering servicing, MOT testing, diagnostics and tyre and brake work. Between them they have decades of experience across a wide range of makes and models, from everyday runabouts to older classics.
We invest in training and equipment so we can keep pace with the technology in modern cars, while still offering the personal service that comes with a small independent garage. Most of our customers come back year after year and many are recommended to us by friends and family.
