Engagement shoots
A relaxed session before the wedding to get comfortable in front of the camera.
An engagement shoot gives you a chance to get used to being photographed together before the wedding day itself arrives. We usually meet somewhere that means something to you, a beach, a town you both know well or simply your own garden.
The session runs for around an hour and moves at a walking pace, with plenty of time to talk and settle in rather than pose for every frame. Most couples find the second half far easier than the first.
The images work well for save the date cards, a guest book or simply to have alongside your wedding gallery. They also give us a chance to get to know you before the big day.
