Example Accountants was set up to give small businesses the kind of accountancy support usually reserved for much larger companies, without the complexity or the jargon.
We work with sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across South Devon, from cafes and shops to trades businesses and freelancers. Most of our clients come to us because they are spending too much time on paperwork and not enough on the work they actually want to do.
Everyone on our team is qualified and everyone picks up the phone. You won't be passed between departments or left waiting for a reply and if something changes in your business partway through the year we would rather hear about it early than find out at the accounts stage.
We charge fixed fees agreed in advance, so there are no surprises on your invoice. Our aim is simple: to keep your accounts, tax and payroll in order so you can get on with running your business with confidence.
