What our customers say

My son has trained here for three years and the change in his confidence has been remarkable. The instructors are strict but fair and he has huge respect for them.

I came back to training after a ten year gap expecting to feel out of place. Instead the instructors picked up exactly where I left off and made the whole process easy.

The self defence course gave me far more confidence than I expected from six weeks of classes. I ended up joining the main club afterwards and have not looked back.
