Structural repairs are carried out using measuring equipment that checks the car against the manufacturer's original specification, so panel gaps and alignment are correct once the work is finished. Nothing is signed off until it meets that standard.
We keep customers updated throughout, particularly on larger jobs that take several days, so there are no surprises about timescale or the work involved. A full explanation is given before the car is collected.
