This wedding took place in a marquee on a working farm outside Brixham, which meant coordinating access, power and setup timings across six different suppliers, from the marquee company to the catering team and the band. Each had different setup windows and none could clash with the working farm around them.
We built a detailed setup schedule that ran from early morning delivery through to the final lighting checks before guests arrived that evening. Every supplier had a single point of contact throughout, which meant queries came to us rather than the couple.
The result was a smooth setup day and a wedding that ran exactly to plan, despite the number of moving parts involved.
