This couple wanted their wedding to feel like a weekend away with the people they loved most, rather than a single afternoon. We planned a Friday evening welcome party, a Saturday wedding and a Sunday farewell brunch, all at the same waterside venue.
Coordinating three separate events with overlapping guest lists meant careful supplier scheduling, particularly around catering and staffing across the weekend. We built a shared timeline that every supplier worked from, so nothing clashed and no one was left waiting.
