Example Tuition started with one tutor working with a handful of local families and has grown through recommendation rather than advertising. We have kept the same approach throughout: match the pupil with the right tutor, teach to the specification they actually sit and keep parents informed without overwhelming them with reports.
Every tutor on our books is DBS checked and holds a relevant degree in the subject they teach and new tutors are only taken on after a trial session with an existing pupil. We would rather stay a manageable size and know every tutor personally than expand beyond what we can properly oversee.
