Example HR Consultancy gives small and growing businesses access to practical, experienced HR support without the cost of a full time HR department.
We work with business owners and managers across South Devon and Exeter who want to manage their people well but don't have the time, experience or in house resource to handle everything themselves. Our team is CIPD qualified and has worked across a wide range of sectors, from care homes to construction firms.
We aim to be practical rather than theoretical. Employment law and HR best practice matter, but our advice always starts with what will actually work for your business, your team and the situation in front of you, not a generic policy pulled from a template.
