Rachel leads on the more complex employee relations cases, from disciplinary processes to restructures. She has worked across care, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Daniel Cross
Daniel supports clients with recruitment, contracts and day to day HR queries. He enjoys helping small businesses put proper processes in place as they grow.
Sophie Marsh
Sophie keeps our policies and advice up to date with current employment law and advises on the more technical points that come up in disciplinary and grievance cases.
Ben Ashworth
Ben designs and delivers our management training sessions, drawing on real situations rather than abstract theory. He previously managed teams himself before moving into HR consultancy.
