Our shepherd's huts sit slightly apart from the rest of the site, each with its own small deck looking out towards the trees. They are insulated and heated, making them a good option outside the main summer months when a tent might feel too cold.
Inside there is a double bed, a small kitchenette with a two ring hob and a compact shower room, so guests do not need to use the shared block unless they prefer to. It is closer to a very small cottage than a traditional tent.
Because they are limited to two guests each, the huts suit couples looking for a quiet break rather than families or groups. One hut is dog friendly and the other is kept free from pets for guests who prefer it that way.
