Are your electricians NICEIC registered?
Yes, every electrician on the team is NICEIC registered and keeps their qualifications current. Certificates are issued for every job that requires one.
Do you provide a certificate after every job?
Yes, testing and certification are included as standard on rewiring, consumer unit upgrades and most other notifiable work. A copy is provided for your records and for any future house sale.
Can you carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report for my rental property?
Yes, we carry out EICRs for landlords across South Devon and can set up reminders so testing stays on schedule ahead of each renewal.
Do you offer an emergency call out service?
Yes, we keep an electrician available outside normal hours for genuine emergencies such as a sudden loss of power or a fuse box that will not stay reset.
How long does a consumer unit upgrade usually take?
Most consumer unit upgrades are completed within a day, with testing and certification carried out before we leave. We will confirm timing for your particular installation when we quote.
Do you work on commercial premises as well as homes?
Yes, we carry out electrical work for small businesses and commercial premises alongside our domestic work, including shop fit outs and ongoing compliance testing.
