A fast response when the power goes out or something is not behaving as it should.
A sudden loss of power, a burning smell from a socket or a fuse box that will not stay reset are all things that need attention quickly. We keep an electrician available for genuine emergencies outside normal working hours.
On arrival we work through the installation methodically to find the fault, rather than guessing and explain what we find as we go. Where possible we fix the problem on the spot and where a part needs ordering we will make the property safe in the meantime.
Many call outs turn out to be a straightforward fix, such as a faulty appliance tripping a circuit and we would always rather tell you that honestly than recommend work you do not need.
