Older properties often have wiring that was perfectly adequate when it was installed but struggles with the demands of modern life. If your home still has an old fuse box, cloth insulated cabling or sockets that trip regularly, a full or partial rewire is usually the safest long term option.
We plan the work around how you actually use the property, positioning sockets and switches where they are useful rather than simply replacing what was there before. Where possible we phase the work room by room to keep the house liveable while the job is underway.
Every rewire is tested and certified on completion, with a copy of the certificate provided for your records and for any future house sale. We also make good any plaster or floor disturbance caused by the work, ready for decorating.
