About Example Plumbing & Heating
Example Plumbing & Heating was set up in Newton Abbot to give local homeowners a plumbing and heating service they could actually rely on. We are still a small, local team and that is deliberate.
The business started with one engineer and a van, working mostly by recommendation across Newton Abbot and Kingsteignton. As the workload grew we brought on more Gas Safe registered engineers, but we kept the same approach: turn up when you say you will, explain the work in plain terms and leave the property as clean as you found it.
We cover general plumbing, bathroom installations and heating work, including boiler installation and servicing, across Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Dawlish, Totnes and the wider South Devon area. Every engineer on the team is directly employed, not subcontracted, so you know who is coming to your door.
We also work with a number of local landlords and letting agents, managing servicing schedules and repairs across their properties. Whether it is a single job in a family home or ongoing maintenance across a portfolio, the same standards apply.
