Replacing a boiler is one of the bigger jobs a household takes on, so we start with a proper survey rather than a quick guess. We look at your current system, your hot water usage and the space available before recommending a model that actually suits the property, not just the cheapest option on the shelf.
Once you have agreed a boiler, our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out the installation, including any pipework, flue and controls that need updating. We protect floors and furniture while we work and we test the whole system thoroughly before we consider the job finished.
Every installation is registered with the relevant authority and comes with the manufacturer's guarantee. We also explain how to use your new controls before we leave, so you are not left guessing at the thermostat.
