A fast response when a pipe bursts, a boiler fails or water is somewhere it should not be.
Plumbing emergencies rarely happen at a convenient time, so we keep an engineer on call outside normal hours for genuine emergencies such as burst pipes, leaks and total loss of heating or hot water. We will always give you an honest idea of how long you will wait when you call.
On arrival, the first job is always to make things safe and stop any further damage, whether that means isolating a supply, capping a pipe or draining down a system. Once the situation is stable we can talk through the best permanent fix.
We keep a good stock of common parts and fittings on the van, so many emergency jobs are resolved in a single visit. Where a part needs ordering, we will explain the wait and, where possible, put a temporary fix in place in the meantime.
