Answers to the questions we're asked most often before a stay.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from three in the afternoon and check out is by ten the following morning. We can sometimes be flexible around this if a room is not needed for a new guest that day.
Do you take dogs?
We have one ground floor room set up for guests travelling with a dog, with its own access to the garden. There is no extra charge for a well behaved dog.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a full cooked breakfast is included with every stay, along with lighter options for anyone who would prefer a simpler start to the day.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking available close to the house for guests staying with us.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are all available with advance notice and we are happy to talk through any other dietary needs before your stay.
How far is it to Dartmoor?
The house sits right on the edge of Dartmoor, so walking routes onto the moor start within a few minutes of the front door.
Can I book for a single night?
Yes, single night stays are welcome outside of peak weekends, though we ask that longer stays are booked where possible during busier periods.
Is there wifi?
Yes, wifi is available throughout the house and in all rooms.
