Evening menu
A seasonal menu of pub classics and a few more ambitious dishes, served every evening.
Our evening menu runs from a proper burger and a steak and ale pie through to dishes that change with what's in season, so there's usually something familiar alongside something a little different. The kitchen changes the menu four times a year and adds daily specials based on what's come in fresh.
We use suppliers from across South Devon wherever we can, including a fishmonger in Brixham for anything from the sea and a farm shop near Chudleigh for most of our vegetables. Dietary requirements are catered for and clearly marked on the menu and the kitchen is happy to adapt most dishes where possible.
Food is served every evening except where we're closed for a private function, which we always advertise in advance on our noticeboard and social media. Last orders in the kitchen are usually an hour before closing.
