The shop started as a one man workshop above a garage before moving into the current premises, built from a simple idea that a bike shop should be run by people who actually ride, not just sell. That focus on riding has shaped everything from the bikes we choose to stock to how we talk customers through a fit.
The workshop has grown to four qualified mechanics, but the way we work has stayed largely the same. Every bike sold is built and checked on site, every service is explained in plain terms and we would rather tell a customer a repair is not worth the cost than take the job anyway.
