Full and basic services to keep your bike safe, smooth and reliable through the year.
A full service covers the drivetrain, brakes, gears, wheels and bearings, with anything worn or damaged flagged before we carry out work so there are no surprises. Most full services take a few days and we will always call before doing anything beyond the basic service.
For riders who just need a quick check before a big ride or after winter storage, we also offer a basic service covering the essentials such as brakes, gears and tyre pressure. This can usually be turned around the same day if the shop is not too busy.
We keep a service history for regular customers, which makes it easier to spot patterns, such as a component that keeps wearing out faster than expected and to plan ahead for parts that are likely to need replacing soon rather than waiting for something to fail.
