Punctures, brakes, gears and everything in between, plus a well stocked parts counter.
Most common repairs, including punctures, brake adjustments and gear indexing, can be done while you wait or within the hour if the shop is not too busy. We keep a well stocked parts counter covering inner tubes, brake pads, cables and other regularly needed items.
For less common repairs, such as a damaged frame, a wheel that needs rebuilding or a specific part that needs ordering in, we will give an honest estimate of both time and whether the repair is worthwhile compared with the cost of the part or bike itself.
We work on bikes we have not sold ourselves just as readily as our own stock and do not charge extra simply because a bike was bought elsewhere. Our aim is to keep bikes on the road and on the trails rather than encourage unnecessary replacement.
