Short or extended stays for family holidays, with a settling in visit available beforehand.
Holiday boarding covers anything from a long weekend to several weeks away. We ask new customers to book a settling in visit beforehand where possible, so your pet sees the kennels or cattery before their actual stay.
Longer stays are checked regularly by the same small team rather than rotating staff, so your pet is seen by familiar faces throughout. We are happy to take calls from owners while they are away, within reason, if that gives peace of mind.
We ask for up to date vaccination records before any stay and keep a close eye on appetite, behaviour and general wellbeing throughout. If anything changes, we contact you or your emergency contact straight away rather than waiting until collection.
