Your pet's stay, step by step
From your first enquiry to collection day, here is what to expect when you board with us.

Enquire and check availability
Get in touch with your dates and a little about your pet, including breed, age and any medical needs. We will confirm availability and talk through which kennel suite or cattery pen suits your pet best.

Book a settling in visit
Where possible we arrange a free settling in visit before the actual stay, so your pet can see the kennels or cattery and meet the team in advance. This is particularly helpful for a first time stay.

Share your pet's routine
We ask detailed questions about feeding, medication, temperament and daily habits before every stay. This information is recorded and followed exactly, so your pet's routine changes as little as possible while you are away.

Drop off day
Bring any medication, food and familiar items such as bedding or a favourite toy. We check vaccination records and go through the care plan with you one final time before you leave.

During the stay
Your pet is exercised, fed and checked by the same small team throughout their stay. If anything changes with their health or behaviour, we contact you or your emergency contact straight away.

Collection day
We give you a short update on how your pet's stay went when you collect them. Regular customers often book their next stay before they leave, once they know a date.
