The owners of this Buckfastleigh property had not been able to keep on top of the garden for several years and it had become overgrown to the point where the lawn and borders were barely visible. With a house sale coming up, they needed it sorted quickly.
We cleared the worst of the growth first, cutting back hedges and shrubs that had encroached on paths and windows, then reclaimed the lawn underneath the overgrowth. Borders were cleared of weeds and cut back hard, ready to be reshaped rather than replanted from scratch.
The garden was presentable again within a couple of weeks, which made a noticeable difference to the property's kerb appeal ahead of viewings. The new owners have since asked us to take on a regular maintenance schedule.
