Back and neck pain
Practical treatment and exercise for pain that is affecting your work, sleep or daily life.
Back and neck pain can build up slowly, from posture at a desk, driving or lifting or it can arrive suddenly after a single awkward movement. We start by understanding how the pain behaves through the day and what makes it better or worse. This includes asking about sleep, work setup and any activities you have started avoiding because of the pain.
From there we use a mix of manual therapy, movement advice and a home exercise plan, aimed at easing pain and restoring normal movement. We explain what is likely going on in plain terms, without jargon.
Most people we see want practical answers: what they can keep doing, what to modify for now and how long recovery is likely to take. We are honest about all three.
