Battery changes, strap fitting and servicing for a wide range of watch brands.
We fit batteries and straps for most watch brands while you wait and can also arrange servicing for mechanical watches through trusted workshops we have used for years. A basic battery change usually takes a matter of minutes at the counter.
For anything more involved, such as a watch that has stopped keeping time or has water damage, we send it away to a specialist workshop and manage the process on your behalf, so you only need to deal with us directly. We will always explain what a service involves before agreeing to send a watch away.
We also stock a small range of straps in leather and metal and can usually fit a replacement strap to an existing watch case while you wait, so a tired looking watch can often be freshened up without needing a full service.
