Pet friendly stays
A dedicated group of cottages that welcome dogs as part of the family.
A good number of our cottages are happy to take dogs, usually up to two per booking and we mark this clearly on each listing. Gardens are enclosed where possible and we note anywhere with open water or livestock nearby so you know what to expect.
We leave a dog bed, bowls and a towel for muddy paws in every pet friendly cottage, along with details of nearby walks and the closest vet. Several of the coastal cottages are a short walk from beaches that allow dogs for most of the year.
There is a small additional charge for bringing a pet, which covers the extra cleaning between stays. We ask owners to keep dogs off the furniture and to clear up after them in the garden, the same as we would expect in our own homes.
