Not every trip needs a full week, so a good number of our cottages take bookings for two or three nights, particularly outside the main summer months. This suits couples wanting a quiet weekend by the coast or friends meeting up for a few days on Dartmoor.
Short breaks usually run from Friday to Monday or Monday to Thursday, with change over times kept flexible where the cottage diary allows. We will always tell you plainly if a property is only available for full weeks during busy periods.
Because turnaround is quicker on a short break, we ask guests to strip beds before leaving and put used towels in the basket provided. It keeps costs down and means we can offer these shorter stays at a fair price.
