Example Holiday Cottages started with a single converted barn near Kingsbridge and has grown slowly since, adding properties only when we are confident we can look after them properly. We would rather manage a smaller, well kept collection than a large one we cannot keep an eye on.
Most of our cottages belong to local owners who trust us to handle bookings, cleaning and maintenance on their behalf. We visit each property regularly, not just at the start of the season, so small problems get picked up before they become big ones.
