Harbour View sits on one of the narrow lanes that climb up from Dartmouth's waterfront, a five minute walk from the shops and the passenger ferry. The cottage has been in our collection since we started managing properties in the town and remains one of our most requested.
Inside there are two bedrooms, a compact but well equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a wood burner for cooler months. The small terrace at the front catches the afternoon sun and is a good spot to watch the boats come in.
Parking in this part of Dartmouth is limited, so the cottage comes with a permit for the nearest car park rather than a private space. Guests tell us the walk is worth it for the view from the bedroom window alone.
