The Old Barn was converted from a working farm building around fifteen years ago and still has much of its original stonework and exposed beams. It sits just outside Kingsbridge with a private garden and a view across the fields towards the estuary.
The open plan kitchen and sitting room make it a sociable space for a family or a group of friends, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms across the two floors. A wood burner and underfloor heating keep it comfortable well outside the summer season.
Kingsbridge town centre is a short drive away for shops and a Saturday market and several coastal walks start almost from the front door. We class this as one of our better properties for guests who want space without being in the middle of a town.
