During a routine inspection ahead of a house sale, we found the existing fuse box in this Paignton bungalow had no modern circuit protection and was likely to fail its next inspection. The homeowners wanted it resolved quickly to keep their sale on track.
We fitted a new consumer unit with full circuit protection, testing each circuit individually as we went to make sure nothing had been missed. A couple of circuits needed minor attention, which we picked up in the same visit rather than leaving for a follow up.
