Bereavement counselling
Support for grief and loss, at whatever stage you are at.
Grief does not follow a set timeline and there is no right way to feel after losing someone. Bereavement counselling offers a space to talk about the person you have lost and how their absence is affecting your daily life, without anyone trying to move you along.
Some people come to us in the weeks after a loss, others years later, when something has brought difficult feelings back to the surface. Both are equally valid reasons to seek support.
We also see people affected by anticipated loss, supporting a family member through a terminal illness or preparing for a loss that has not yet happened.
