The courtyard room is our second ground floor room, slightly smaller than the garden room but just as quiet and it looks out over a small paved courtyard rather than the main garden. It has a double bed, a compact en suite shower room and a wider than standard doorway.
Along with the garden room, it's one of the two rooms in the house we can offer to guests who need level access throughout, since both are reached without using the stairs. We're always happy to talk through specific accessibility needs before a booking is confirmed.
The courtyard itself gets the morning sun and a couple of chairs are set out there through the warmer months for guests who'd rather have a coffee outside than in the dining room.
