The twin room sits at the front of the house on the first floor, with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double if preferred. It's one of our brighter rooms, with a large window looking out over the street and plenty of natural light through the morning.
It's a popular choice for friends travelling together or for family visits where sharing a bed isn't practical and the en suite shower room was refitted at the same time as the rest of the first floor a couple of years ago.
We keep the room simply furnished rather than overdecorated, with a small wardrobe, a chest of drawers and enough floor space that two people can pack and unpack without getting in each other's way.
