The garden room is one of two rooms on the ground floor and the only one with its own external door leading straight onto the garden. It's a straightforward, comfortable room with a king size bed, a small desk and an en suite bathroom with a bath as well as a shower.
It suits guests who'd rather avoid stairs, whether for practical reasons or just personal preference and it's the room we most often put forward for anyone travelling with a dog, since it makes early morning walks a lot simpler.
The garden itself is shared with other guests but rarely busy and the room's own door means you can come and go without disturbing anyone in the main part of the house, which some guests find useful if they're out early for a walk on the moor.
